Jamesville Avenue and Thurber Street.

Poiley Tzedek / Linas Hatzedek Beth El, Beth Israel / Rosenbloom
These cemeteries encompass the corner of E. Colvin Street and Jamesville Avenue. Poiley Tzedek and Linas Hatzedeck are on Jamesville Avenue, then Beth Israel is on the corner of E. Colvin, Rosenbloom and Beth El on E. Colvin

Young Israel / Beth Sholom
Both of these cemeteries are actually part of Oakwood Cemetery. Beth Sholom is on Comstock, across from Oakwood just past the large mausoleum. To go to Young Israel's section follow Comstock to E. Colvin, turning right on Jamesville Avenue towards the Carriage House Apartments. As you come into the apartment parking lot, follow the chain link fence on your right until you come to the entrance to the cemetery.

Temple Society of Concord
Temple Society of Concord has 2 sections within Woodlawn Cemetery. Follow Teal Avenue to Grant Blvd. Turn left on Grant and then right into the cemetery. Once in the cemetery turn immediately to the right, follow that road passing a series of large mausoleums. Ahead of you and to the right you will see a smaller mausoleum. That is section 63, Temple Society of Concord. Once you have finished that area, continue on to section 30, the other section for Temple Society of Concord. It is not difficult to find. Follow the road directly across from the section that leads towards the center of the cemetery. Section 30 is a circular section, and the oldest in Woodlawn.
