Joseph D. Wilkins, a life resident of Syracuse, peacefully passed away on October 25, 2026 in the comfort
of his home. Joe was born to Marvin and Gertrude Wilkins on 6-22-41. He was a proud graduate of Nottingham High School, class of 1959. Throughout his professional career he was a self employed entrepreneur. He was pre deceased by his parents, his sister Penny, his wife Mary, and their son Eric. Joe was the devoted husband to Mary of blessed memory, loving father to John, Scott, Eric and Julie(Lenny); devoted grandfather to Alexis, Carson, Tiffany, Angel, Joey, and Nick; a great grandson Jackson; beloved sister Paula Baerson; nephew Seth(Randi)and Neice Dana.

Graveside services for the immediate family were on Tuesday, October 27 in Adath Yeshurun Cemetery.

Contributions in his memory may be made to The Golisano Children’s Hospital or The Francis House.
