Evelyn Leibowitz, 93, died February 1 in Morris County, NJ. Born and raised in Syracuse, she was pre-deceased by her dear husband Paul; her brother Sanford Cohn; and her brother-in-law Dr. Donald Maddy.
She is survived by her daughter Pamela O'Donnell; her son Toby Leibowitz; her sister Norma Maddy; grandsons John and Michael O'Donnell; cousin Marvin Feinberg; and nieces and nephews.
Evelyn lived in Jersey City, NJ for most of her life until moving to Morris County. She was a payroll personnel health benefits assistant for many years at Jersey City State
College where she enjoyed working and helping people. She was an active member of B'nai Jacob Temple in Jersey City. She loved traveling and socializing with family and friends. Evelyn always lived life to the fullest.
